My mom came up with a fairly simple but tasty recipe in order to use up a bunch of our leftovers.
1 quart chicken or turkey broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/8 tsp of both white pepper and nutmeg
1 tbsp chives
About 250 calories per serving and makes 4 servings.
If you like, you can add cooked turkey or chicken, however it does not need it.
